JoAnne Artman Gallery exhibits “Urban Flora II,” depictions of nature and urbanity.

Featured are the oil on canvas, fantastical works of Anna Kincaide, mixed media works of Greg Miller and paper, panel and canvas paintings of Penelope Gottlieb.

The Gallery is located at 326 N. Coast Highway.

Viewers Vote on Pastel Show

The public is asked to cast votes for the Peoples’ Choice piece in the Community Art Project “Pastels!” exhibit on the walls of City Hall now through Aug. 7.

Competing artists include Mary Aslin, Gianne de Genevraye, Mike Ishikawa, Margaret Lindsey, Sally Strand, Marie Tippets, Elizabeth Wallace and David Wolfram.

The exhibit at 505 Forest Ave. is open Monday through Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and on alternate Fridays.
