Council Race Fundraising Kicks Off
City Council candidate Robert M. Zur Schmiede’s campaign kicks off with a reception and fundraiser on Sunday, March 16, from 3:30-5:30 p.m. at Aliso Creek Inn, 31106 Coast Highway.
The reception, hosted by supporters Mark Christy and Betsy Jenkins, is open to the public and a minimum contribution of $85 per person is requested. Supporters who have already donated the maximum $360 allowed are invited to attend this event as guests of the campaign.

Congressional Candidate Campaigns in Laguna
Democratic candidate for the 48th U.S. Congressional District, Dr. Suzanne Savary, will talk about why she is running to defeat incumbent Dana Rohrabacher on Wednesday, March 12 at 7 p.m.
There will be a 30-minute Q&A following her presentation at the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship, 429 Cypress Dr.
