Journalist Discusses Novel on Bush Presidency

write stuff no-time-to-dieNew York-based author and former Orange County Register journalist Kira Peikoff will be at Laguna Beach Books, 1200 S. Coast Highway, to discuss her second novel, “No Time to Die” at 6 p.m. on Friday Oct. 3.

The book was inspired by her experience reporting from the White House in 2006 when President Bush announced the first veto of his presidency, to deny federal funding for embryonic stem cell research
