Possession of a controlled substance. Talon S Brunelle, 25, of Casa Grande, Arizona was arrested on suspicion of a controlled substance and paraphernalia. She was held on a $1,000 bail.
Open container. Janet Lynn Rongaus, 55, of San Clemente was arrested on suspicion of having an open container of alcohol in public and disorderly conduct. She was held on a $500 bail.

DUI. Iryna Mikhaltsova, 32, of Laguna Niguel was arrested on suspicion of drunk driving and blowing a blood alcohol level of 0.08 percent. She was held on a $5,000 bail.
Bench warrant. Timothy Joseph Davis, 62, of Laguna Beach was arrested on suspicion of several outstanding bench warrants. He was held on a 15,000 bail.

Obstruction of an officer. Donald Montelongo, 54, was arrested on suspicion of a felony obstruction of an executive officer and a peace officer. He was held without bail.

DUI. A 43-year-old Buena Park man was arrested on suspicion of drunk driving. He was held on a $2,500 bail.
Drug possession. Daniel Torres, 37, of San Juan was arrested on suspicion of possessing more than 28.5 grams of marijuana and four grams of cocaine. He was held without bail.
