Cyd Swerdlow announces the opening of Popcycle 2.0 this month at 610 N. Coast Highway, Laguna Beach.
The studio design is intended to optimize the health and well-being of its employees and clients with evidence-based design.
Popcycle will offer classes six days per week taught by Laguna local Stephanie Chapel and Tracey Bauer.
The studio boasts 26 Spinner Blade bikes and resistance bands for upper body conditioning, as well as music and lighting systems that rival the best clubs in town.
Swerdlow, who lives in Newport Coast, promises that classes will blend entertainment and exercise while delivering physical results. “People exercise for health and well-being, so it made perfect sense to design our new studio in a way that supported that goal in every possible way,” said Swerdlow.
