Chris Prelitz, a local resident and co-founder of Transition Laguna Beach, speaks at the Laguna Canyon Conservancy monthly dinner meeting on Monday, Oct. 1 at the Tivoli Terrace restaurant on the grounds of the Festival of Arts.
Prelitz is a green building pioneer, constructing the first solar-powered home in Laguna Beach in 1994.
